We are emotional beings. Sometimes what we need for balance in our heart-mind has nothing to do with the nutritional profile of a food.
Ayurveda, the living science of yoga, supports the digestion of physical, mental, and emotional excess or imbalances. Sometimes this means eating for how you feel. This isn't about unconsciously eating your emotions to numb your emotional painthis is about making conscious choices to help you feel better in your heart-mind.
