About the event
Balance body and mind with yoga. In this class, we focus on physical poses (asanas), pranayama (breath-work) and other yogic elements in order to influence and direct energy in the body. More than anything though: we want guide you simply to feel good :)
This is a foundational class for experienced beginner's and advanced students.
