I’m excited to announce my year-long program, Wholehearted Being: Learn to Live the 10 Habits of Yoga and Ayurveda! This course guides you into living your best life with authenticity and purpose. We use simple habits, behavior science, and the wisdom of Yoga & Ayurveda to align you to your wholehearted life. Not by becoming someone else, but by becoming more of YOU.
A unique, life-changing experience where we engage step-by-step with 10 daily habits to align mind, body, and spirit.
Over the course of the year, you will learn to take impeccable care of yourself within a dynamic group experience.
Unless you’re actively involved in a culture that promotes wellness, you’re likely struggling with stress and habits that degrade your holistic health. The effects of chronic stress and poor habits compound over time, leading to any combination of overwhelm, low energy, being uncomfortable in your skin, mental + emotional imbalances, disease and immunological disorders.
In Living with Heart, I use my expertise in heart-centered living, Ayurveda, yogic philosophy, human behavior, and subtle body healing to compassionately lead you through lifestyle changes that promote regeneration, rejuvenation, and flow in your life.

In Living with Heart, we use habits based in Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga. We approach change through curiosity and experimentation. And we make changes gradually, so that they’re sustainable over time.
Being a course member means belonging to an evolving community. A community of motivated, compassionate people with goals similar to yours who are there to support you as you support them.
YOU create the change, I’m simply your guide. Together we get clear on where you want to go so I can coach you into getting there. The bonus is the community is always there – you can access everything through your smartphone or computer.
Changing your habits takes time.
That’s why Living with Heart lasts for a whole year. Each quarter, we spend one week on each of the 10 habits (e.g. starting the day right & healthier eating guidelines). You’ll receive expert guidance and support on how to implement these habits using behavior science and solution-focused approaches.
Each quarter is an opportunity to shift, becoming more yourself – more wholehearted – as you develop your relationship with the habits, yourself, and the world around you.
Living with Heart relies on the power of a dynamic group of people who are dedicated to your development as well as their own. The group provides consistent support, information, inspiration, and accountability. At every quarter, new members join the group. Those who have been through one or more quarters take on a leadership role, while those new to the group benefit from mentorship from the more experienced members.

Why I Teach The 10 Simple Habits for Wholehearted Being!
In 2018 my PTSD had caught up with me. After living in a stress state – my body was officially breaking down. I was diagnosed with Addison’s Disease. It took a while for the profundity of that to sink in. My body was attacking itself. Had I kept going and pushing myself my heart would have stopped.
I had dedicated my life to mindfulness, yoga, and healthy living. No, I didn’t live as a monk, but it was still hard to accept that this happened.
Our brains get stuck in memory loops. They loop around in our brains and there’s a neurological response every time. It sends stress hormones and elevates our energy. We get stuck in this state and start to think it’s a normal. Coffee, alcohol, sugar, carbs, processed food – all feed your stress response. Over time things break down. It manifests differently for each of us.
This had been happening to me for almost 30 of my 44 years.
I wanted to run away in order to heal and rest. Yet, I knew this wasn’t the answer.
This is why I deepened my study and practice of Ayurveda. Yoga is the path to self realization that depends on a well functioning body and mind. Ayurveda is the science of healing for both body and mind. Ayurveda was the missing piece.
Ayurveda has allowed me to deal with change and stress intelligently. With time it has taken me out of old stress loops as I look at the spectrum of my daily habits and how they ALL support my nervous system. Living in this healing mode has heightened my awareness and intuitive skills. It’s also shown me the power of community as I come back to a state of presence and joy.
