{WEEKLY SCHEDULE IN ST. LOUIS & ONLINE}

MONDAYS

6:30-7:30pm :: Yoga Basics at Joy of Yoga :: This basics class welcomes new students and experienced practitioners alike. Offered at a slower pace, our basics class focuses on the basic yoga postures, principles of alignment with precise cueing and the significance of the breath in our practice. Modifications and variations for every pose will be offered for diverse body types and abilities.

TUESDAYS

8:30-9:30am :: Open Level Flow at Joy of Yoga :: Looking for a yoga class that energizes while helping you to build strength and flexibility? In this flow class you will link conscious breath with mindful movement. Awaken to your strength, self-awareness, and flexibility in a fun and empowering way! Modifications offered for all experience levels.

12:00-1:00pm :: Yoga Flow at Practicing Yoga :: Yoga Flow classes incorporate powerful breath to movement action, creative sequences, and challenging yet accessible postures.

Each Yoga Flow teacher has his/her own unique style so make sure to check out all our instructors to find your favorites.

Yoga Flow classes are best for those seeking an effort level of 2-3.

THURSDAYS

9:30-10:30am :: Yoga & Reiki at Joy of Yoga :: A slow flow yoga with Reiki. Each practitioner will receive Reiki during the practice or in savasana. This class is open to all levels- no experience required.

SATURDAYS

8:30-9:30am :: Yoga Basics at Joy of Yoga :: This basics class welcomes new students and experienced practitioners alike. 11:00am-12:15pm :: Fundamentals at Practicing Yoga :: Yoga Fundamentals classes are designed to move at a slightly slower pace than Yoga Flows and incorporate detailed alignment cues for both physical postures and breath.

Geared toward beginners and returning students alike, Fundamentals classes range from 60-75 minutes, and are best for those seeking an effort level of 1-2.
