Body Temple Dance supports our process from living disconnected into a life of full expression.

It is informed by the yogic tradition of Tantra, body awareness and transformational energy healing, Somatic Experiencing and loosely inspired by 5 Rhythms, Kundalini Shakti, and many more healing and movement modalities.

For the very first time Glenna will be sharing her training in Somatic Dance honoring the Winter Solstice and the deep light of wisdom that lives inside you!
