I get it. If you are like me and so many, you're struggling. You’re overwhelmed, exhausted and feeling disconnected. You are running in circles chasing your own tail, becoming your own worst enemy. All while fighting with your body and mind—stress, headaches, bloating, rashes, pain, sleepless nights, and weight fluctuations.

You may also feel a desire inside. A sense, deep down, that you deserve more. That you can heal. That you are not broken, damaged, and stuck.

*Registration begins by booking a FREE Clarity Call with me. (A value of $150). This conversation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other. Together we will explore your unique challenges, goals, and see if we're a good fit. You'll have space to ask any questions about my programs and services.


I'll lead you through a meditation to unlock the deeper knowing of your heart. We'll get clear on your goals and how I can best support you along your path.

Welcome. I'm Glenna, a St. Louis based yogi, teacher, Ayurveda Health Coach, Reiki Master, and Somatic Dance Guide. I'm a lover of words, ritual, nature, good friends and food.

Wholehearted Being is an all inclusive program for you to walk into self-ownership, self-reliance, and the ultimate self-love through the door of your body. In this community, we will hold space for radical self awareness, for awakened participation in our world, and for the mystery and beauty of a life lived from wonder, rather than fear.

Wholehearted Being is my heart. It is the first dynamic group experience of its kind, inspired by my 25+ year study of Yoga along with my training of Ayurveda, Habit Science, Polyvagal Theory, Subtle Body Healing and Somatic Awareness Practices.

In Wholehearted Being, we translate the science into simple, easy to implement steps that we take on as a group—supporting each other along the way.

Yoga has shown me that we are all powerful beyond measure. My physical practice gave me a spark of what was possible in my body-mind, but it's been my practice of Ayurveda that's helping me heal my anxiety, thyroid, and auto immune disorder so I could start living a life I loved. 

The first time I felt like I belonged was within my yoga community. It was there I found a mentor and a community of (mostly) women that unearthed a profound healing journey for me.

They created a space where I could share my fears, struggles, and face the darkest parts of my past. Women need other women to support them through the fear that accompanies change and growth.

It's actually COMMUNITY that helps us become who we have always been.

Wholehearted Being is a community of women I'm guiding toward health, wellness, and leading powerful lives. 

I'd be honored to coach you through the practices that have changed MY life in such a profound way.

What's Included


Two Group Support Calls a Month

You are invited to two LIVE group calls per month. This is the heartbeat of the program. This is an opportunity to connect to your peers face-to-face in real-time, and lean on your community for support as you walk the path of radical healing and reclamation, and receive live coaching from your guide, Glenna.


In-Person/Virtual Yoga + Ceremony

Three times per 6 month session we gather together in ceremony. These practices include yoga, cards for awakening insights, visual + creative journaling, seasonal or ancestral healing rituals, and more. Once a session we meet for a pot luck! It's a time to connect and nurture ourselves in circle.


Exclusive Study Modules

All members get access to a private members website with a ton of resources to support, guide, and deepen your knowledge on this journey.

You receive:

• 2-3 20 minute video lessons each week to give you a thorough background on each habit + behavior science. 

•77 page Master Habits E-Book and a 22 page Habit Changing Guide to dig deep into the concepts and clarify your direct actions.

  • A 50 page Ayurvedic Dosha (Metabolic Type) Booklet + Workbook

  • A 25 page recipe book full of amazing, fresh, plant based recipes.

• Weekly handouts, charts, journaling, and other self-inquiry worksheets to deepen the process, keep you on track, and bring forth your own inner wisdom and personal needs to focus on.


Proven Methods for Change

Along with the Ayurvedic practices, you'll learn proven habit changing methods to create sustainable, lasting change.
It’s not just about learning new info, it’s about living the habits and anchoring them into your life.

Non-Invasive Regulation

As a Reiki Practitioner + Somatic Movement Guide Glenna will guide you either individually or within the group through these non-invasive methods. Both methods can help you stay connected through stressful or uncomfortable moments. This is a way to re-pattern how you experience stress in your body-mind.


Private Online Community

Connect with like-minded wellness seekers in our private  messenger group. This is a space to ask questions, seek support, celebrate your wins (big and small!), and be witnessed on your path towards health reclamation and the next version of your identity.


Accountability Partnerships

Not required, but highly recommended! Accountability partnerships are a third tier of support help to clarify your goals and support you as you investigate your own excuses. You'll have someone to help reinforce your habits and celebrate your wins. You'll  make a friend who is evolving the same habits and on their own wholehearted path.


Monthly Group Challenges

We engage the 10 habits of Yoga and Ayurveda through week-long challenges that we embark on as a community. They are a light-hearted and celebratory approach to taking baby steps towards adopting new habits on your Wholehearted Being Path. They provide an opportunity for unconditional group support!


(Optional) Peer Mentor Support

Receive support and guidance from a senior member within the group.


(Optional) Monthly Coaching Gyms

Each month, your will receive a private session with Glenna to help you with a specific question or concern related to your 10 habits journey. This is an opportunity for great coaching, reflection, and gaining clarity so you can overcome your blocks!
