“Habits are the small decisions you make and actions you perform everyday. According to researchers at Duke University, habits account for about 40% of our behaviors on any given day. When you put them together you get a certain personality. Your personality, your life is essentially the sum of your habits. What you do now is a mirror image of the type of person you believe that you are (either consciously or subconsciously). To change your behavior for good, you need to start believing new things about yourself."
