Life is a gift,And yoga is its blessing.
A true gift is not earned, deserved, nor can it be paid back.
A gift requires nothing of you. It must simply be received by you.
What will happen when you start receiving the gift of generosity?
This practice is all about the simplicity of receiving and letting go of the strings we attach to it. We will move through a slow flow yoga sequence, breathing practices and a meditation to root us into the essence of the season.
