Once a month we will come together to support and share in our soul-led path. Please come with a kind and curious heart and join in this casual conversation.

A healing and growth journey has many ebbs and flows. And though each one of us has to discover our own unique path, we are not meant to go it alone.

Humans are designed to heal in relationship. Our nervous system needs other humans to regulate our heartbeat, breath, even our mind rhythms.

We will begin with a short centering. Glenna will share a poem or essay and journal prompt to inspire our conversation. It's the opportunity to be witnessed, listen with empathy, provide support and be supported in return.
