New Moons are an auspicious time to explore your inner landscape and set intentions that align with your heart. Each circle varies with the characteristics of the sign or astral cycle it’s in.

These circles invite you inward by weaving trauma-informed foundations based on nervous system education, embodied yoga, somatics, and energy practices for self-healing and integration.It is a movement language and practice that welcomes both the shadow and divinity.

Expect to be guided through gentle movement, breath, somatic experiencing, and journaling. Everyone is encouraged, but not required to share as part of this embodiment journey.

It is for those who wish to go deeper into the sacred world of somatics, healing arts, movement, expression and community as the ultimate healer to reclaim our power and live a life of fuller expression and deep love here on Earth.
