Special Event! Full Moon Circle: A Somatic Yoga, Organic Movement + Letting Go Experience
Expect a juicy–community driven, embodied experience of letting go under the full moon’s glow.
Come prepared to move, meditate and journal with your own pen and paper. Class will end with deep rest and reflection. These circles support you in experiencing and offering compassion to the emotions / sensations that might show up and varied regulation practices for your nervous system.
Glenna also recommends bringing a personal talisman – an object that helps you feel safe and resourced, supportive.
