Special Event! Full Moon Circle: A Somatic Yoga, Organic Movement + Letting Go Experience
Expect a juicy, embodied experience of letting go under the full moon’s glow.
Come prepared to move, meditate and journal with your own pen and paper. Class will end with deep rest and reflection.
