About the event
This week's practice is dedicated to the most special of full moon's in the yoga tradition. Guru Purnima, the brightest moon of the year. It is a day to honor the teacher of wisdom, the teacher that lives both within and without, including all beings who guide us towards greater wisdom and love. We'll practice an intentional, slower flow yoga and meditation.
You are encouraged to bring flowers and any photos of a being that has helped you see the light of your own intelligence.
