About the event

Rhythmic Eating helps us tune into our bodies and discover optimal health. It creates space for deeper awareness while also reducing inflammation, fat tissue, insulin resistance, and regenerates our cells. Popularly referred to as Intermittent Fasting, its roots are found in the practice of Ayurveda. 

Known as the "sister science" of yoga, Ayurveda is the world's oldest wholistic healing system. Its intelligence is in its simplicity. Ayurveda teaches us that like increases like and that opposites balance. Ayurveda sees you as a unique and whole human being. This means it addresses your body, mind and soul by beginning with your dosha. Your dosha or constitution is how the 5 elements live in you.

Ayurveda guides you into making simple diet and lifestyle choices based on your constitution or metabolic type. Small changes have a big impact on our health and quality of life.

This workshop on March 8th will introduce you to Rhythmic Eating, your doasha (metabolic type) and prepare you for WholeBeing Ayurveda's Rhythmic Eating Challenge March 14-18th(!). You will learn about the benefits of intermittent fasting, habit science strategies to start a new habit, support for goal setting, recipe booklet, dosha booklet (for your metabolic type), journal prompts, and the proven benefit of community support!

Come prepared to take notes and share in conversation. You will receive journal prompts and strategy worksheets to help you prepare for the challenge that begins on March 14th!
