About the event
What do your beliefs have to do with your health?
Most of us have limiting beliefs around what is possible for our health and wellbeing.
We believe our thoughts, opinions, theories and behaviors are absolute and are often at the root of the stories we tell ourselves. They filter what seems to be our "obvious" reality.
What if you could move beyond the threshold of your conditioned thinking into a new possibility for yourself?
Let's come together for a new kind of challenge!
We'll use Rhythmic Eating as a lense into your limiting beliefs and partner it with lots of self-compassion.
Rhythmic Eating, also known as intermittent fasting, helps us tune into our bodies and discover new relationship with ourselves. It creates space for deeper awareness around what we consume physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Ayurveda. the living science of yoga, guides you into making simple diet and lifestyle choices based on your constitution or metabolic type. Small changes have a big impact on our health and quality of life.
This workshop on Jan 19th will introduce you to Rhythmic Eating, your dosha (metabolic type) and prepare you for WholeBeing Ayurveda's Rhythmic Eating Challenge January 23-27th(!).
You will learn about the benefits of intermittent fasting, habit science strategies to start a new habit, support for goal setting, journal prompts, and the proven benefit of community support!
