About the event
This open-level, expertly taught alignment-based flow merges mindfulness, movement, and conscious breathing to deepen the student's connection to their mind, body, and heart. Each class will explore the physical and subtle aspects of a yoga practice to bring you back to your innermost self. All levels welcome All levels welcome, from experienced students to the fit beginner.
