About the event
This is a practice to let go in love and embrace yourself in the wisdom of the Divine Feminine. Glenna will guide you through a heart centering alignment based, slower yoga flow and meditation to celebrate both the grace and ferocity of The Great Mother who lovingly breaks us open and becomes the portal to our innermost being. Class will conclude with a 20 minute reiki-infused savasana.
Mats, blocks and blankets provided by the studio. Bring anything else that makes you feel cozy for your reiki-infused savasana.
