About the event
Wholehearted Being is the first dynamic group experience of its kind, brought to you by me, Glenna Bedoya, Ayurveda Health Coach, and inspired by Yoga, Ayurveda, Habit Science, Polyvagal Theory, and Subtle Body Healing.
Wholehearted Being is an all inclusive program for you to walk into self-ownership, self-reliance, and the ultimate self-love through the door of your body. In this community, we will hold space for radical healing, for awakened participation in our ecosystem, and for the mystery and beauty of a life lived from wonder, rather than fear.
***This December your are invited to our FIRST Open House Series! Get to know the WHB community, come together with us in circle as we tap into our higher self. The path of evolution is accelerated when we come together in community with like-minded souls.
In the last of this 3 part series we will get to know the relationship of compassion and boundaries. Your ability to stay true to your inner “yes” and “no” is a basic affirmation of your right to exist as you are. Often we don't know what our boundaries are until they've been crossed. This is where compassion comes in. Together we will explore compassion and boundaries as an act of love through journaling, meditation, and somatic awareness practices.
