About the event

Wholehearted Being is the first dynamic group experience of its kind, brought to you by me, Glenna Bedoya, Ayurveda Health Coach, and inspired by Yoga, Ayurveda, Habit Science, Polyvagal Theory, and Subtle Body Healing.

Wholehearted Being is an all inclusive program for you to walk into self-ownership, self-reliance, and the ultimate self-love through the door of your body. In this community, we will hold space for radical healing, for awakened participation in our ecosystem, and for the mystery and beauty of a life lived from wonder, rather than fear.

This December your are invited to our FIRST Open House! Get to know the WHB community, come together with us in circle as we tap into our higher self. The path of evolution is accelerated when we come together in community with like-minded souls.


In the words of habit expert James Clear: "The key to building lasting habits is focusing on creating a new identity first. Your current behaviors are simply a reflection of your current identity. What you do now is a mirror image of the type of person you believe that you are (either consciously or subconsciously). To change your behavior for good, you need to start believing new things about yourself." In yoga we would refer to our "future" self, as our most authentic or higher self.

During this 75 minute open house we will discover not just WHAT you want for your health and whealth but also the WHY, the desire that drives you along your growth path. We will use the practices of meditation, designed thinking, and goal setting to help you move forward!


In the 2nd of this 3 part series we will get to know our core values. Our core values are at the heart of who you are and what is most important to you. They underpin your beliefs, influence your decisions and the actions you take, impacting all areas of your life.

Are there times when you know that something feels absolutely right? Or in an instant when something is proposed to you, it does not sit well? These are your core values. These values give you powerful messages when you are aware of them. They can surprise you, confuse you and when you recognise them they allow you to see with absolute clarity the decisions you can make.

Together we will align your values with your higher self. We'll tap into your intuition and bring clarity to what is important to you so you can start making empowered choices NOW.


How deeply does your higher self love? In the last of this 3 part series we will get to know the relationship of compassion and boundaries. Your boundaries are your ability to stay true to your inner “yes” and “no” as a basic affirmation of your right to exist as you are. If we are constantly crossing our boundaries we start to mercilessly judge and criticize ourselves for various inadequacies or short comings. Self compassion means you are kind and understanding when confronted with personal failings. No one said you were supposed to be perfect. Understanding our boundaries and having compasssion for ourself helps us honor, accept and even fall in LOVE with our humanness. 

Together we will explore compassion and boundaries as an act of love through journaling, meditation, and somatic awareness practices.
