Service Description

Follow up sessions are client driven and coach supported. These sessions may include a refresh of your daily schedule (or lack thereof), support for self-sabotage, additional Ayurvedic resources and habit science strategies to support your goals and optimal wellness plan. Session may also include Meditation, Reiki, Somatic, and/or Breathing Practices Each session is different based on your needs and interests.
