Ayurveda is the living science of yoga that addresses your body, heart, and mind. Ayurvedic Health Coaching takes an extensive dive into your behavioral, physiological, and physical tendencies associated with your dosha (your unique constitution). Ayurveda helps you to understand your unique body type or blueprint and the food, habit, and lifestyle choices that support your wellbeing. Each session is different based on your needs and interests, but may include: 90 MINUTE INITIAL CONSULTATION $175 +Designing clear and manageable goals +A general review of your wellness background +An objective assessment of your physical constitution (Health Assessment sent upon scheduling) +An evaluation of your daily habits like eating, sleeping, working, and resting +Journal prompts and Workbook to track your daily rhythms +Habit Science strategies to set you up for success +Education regarding the difference between managing symptoms and addressing the cause +Areas of improvement for your health (what risks to look out for) +Opportunity for reflection on your lifelong patterns and self sabotage methods (how you keep getting in your own way) +Answers to all your questions about Ayurveda! +Session may also include Meditation, Reiki, Somatic, and/or Breathing Practices 60 MINUTE FOLLOW-UP CONSULTATION $125 +Where to start: things that you can start (or stop!) doing right away to improve your health +Areas in your life that hold the most potential for improving your health +A refresh of your daily schedule (or lack thereof) +A list of habits that get in the way of healing (things to stop doing) +1-2 short daily practices (pranayama, kriya, mantra, meditation, etc) +An invitation to daily discipline in your life +Other Ayurvedic resources and habit science strategies +Support and strategies for self-sabotage +Session may also include Meditation, Reiki, Somatic, and/or Breathing Practices The benefits of Ayurveda may include, but are not limited to: better digestion + absorption, improved sleep, healthier weight, reduced pain and inflammation, calmer mind, less stress, more self-love and acceptance, learning the signs of your bodies imbalance before you get sick or burnt out, graceful aging, and living in easeful flow with more free time in your day.
