Service Description

Thank you for you for setting up a Coaching Gym with me. Please know this will be a 15-20 minute laser sharp coaching experience. Choose a quiet place for our call to help minimize distractions, and to get the most out of your Coaching Gym. To schedule your Coaching Gym session with me, click on calendar. As you prepare for our coaching gym, please come with the following question in mind: What is one main body/mind/heart challenge you'd like to discuss? What is the ONE burning question you have for me? *Please fill out your answer as you complete booking your session. This way we can keep our consultation focused with the time we have together.
