Wholehearted Being is the first dynamic group experience of its kind, brought to you by me, Glenna Bedoya, Ayurveda Health Coach, and inspired by the evidence-based, history-making program, Body Thrive.
Wholehearted Being is an all inclusive program for you to walk into self-ownership, self-reliance, and the ultimate self-love through the door of your body. In this community, we will hold space for radical healing, for awakened participation in our ecosystem, and for the mystery and beauty of a life lived from wonder, rather than fear.
In Wholehearted Being, we translate the science into simple, easy to implement recommendations that we take on as a group—supporting each other along the way.

Welcome. I'm Glenna, a St. Louis based yogi, teacher, Ayurveda Lifestyle Coach, Reiki Master, and Somatic Dance Leader. I'm a lover of words, ritual, animals, nature, good friends and food.
Yoga has shown me that we are all powerful beyond measure. My physical practice gave me a spark of what was possible in my body-mind, but it's been my practice of Ayurveda that's helping me heal my anxiety, thyroid, and adrenal disorder so I could start living in my heart.
The first time I felt like I belonged was within my yoga community. It was there I found a mentor and a community of (mostly) women that unearthed a profound healing journey for me.
They created a space where I could share my fears, struggles, and face the darkest parts of my past. Women need other women to support them through the fear that accompanies change and growth.
It's actually COMMUNITY that helps us become who we have always been.
Wholehearted Being is a community of women I'm guiding toward health, wellness, and leading powerful lives. The course is focused on how to apply wisdom from the ancient traditions of Ayurvedic Medicine and Yoga Philosophy to optimize your body and your life. The course was born from my studies with Cate Stillman of Yogahealer; plus a lifetime of exploration into myself, healing, travel, relationships, the body, being of service, and the wisdom of my own heart.
I'd be honored to coach you through the practices that have changed MY life in such a profound way.

With the support of Glenna and the WHB community, I have gotten serious about creating an intentional and conscious path for myself after a very difficult two years. Within the first quarter, I began to get clear about what is holding me back and I am working through making those changes. As I enter the second quarter, I am ready to dive in more deeply, begin incorporating the habits, and continue working toward my best self.
I am so thankful I met Glenna and joined the program. I have already grown so much and am learning to react in a different way when stressors come up. Glenna is a wonderful guide along the journey as I learn to trust myself and adjust my lifestyle practices to be the best version of myself. This is an opportunity to connect to your peers face-to-face in real-time, and lean on your community for support as you walk the path of radical healing and reclamation, and receive live coaching from your guide, Glenna.

Connect with like-minded wellness seekers in our private messenger group on Facebook. This is a space to ask questions, seek support, celebrate your wins (big and small!), and be witnessed on your path towards health reclamation and the next version of your identity.
Not required, but highly recommended! Accountability partnerships help to clarify your goals and support you as you investigate your own excuses. You'll have someone to help reinforce your habits and celebrate your wins. You'll make a friend who is evolving the same habits and on their own wholehearted path.
Monthly Group Challenges
We engage the 10 habits of Yoga and Ayurveda through week-long challenges that we embark on as a community. They are a light-hearted and celebratory approach to taking baby steps towards adopting new habits on your Wholehearted Being Path. They provide an opportunity for unconditional group support!
