REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS Full payment is collected to reserve appointments. You may cancel this service up to 24 hours prior to your appointment time to save your credit. Cancellations due to illness, injury or emergency will be rescheduled at the discretion of Glenna. No-shows will be charged the full-service price and forfeit chance to reschedule their service.
